Tianying Petrochemical: China'S First Natural Gas Glycol Project Successfully Tested
At 18:18 on August 17, Xinjiang Tianying Petrochemical Co., Ltd. produced 300,000 tons per year of ethylene glycol project (the first phase of 150,000 tons/year) and successfully commissioned the test, and successfully produced excellent ethylene glycol. The project is located in the Second Industrial Park of Alar City, Xinjiang. It is invested and constructed by Xinjiang Tianying Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which was established by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Subordinate Corps Investment Company. It is the first chemical construction project of the Corps Investment Company. In this project natural gas is used as raw material to produce products such as ethylene glycol. The project is constructed in two phases with a total production of 300,000 tons/year of ethylene glycol.
